House Rules & Property Policies

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rooms and indoor areas of the property.

Smoke detectors are installed throughout the building. In case of alarm activation, strong smoke odor, tampering with safety equipment, or the need for special cleaning, a €150 fee and/or the actual restoration cost will apply.

Noise & Parties

Parties, events, gatherings, loud music, or any activity that may disturb other guests or neighbors are strictly prohibited.

Guests are kindly requested to respect the official quiet hours according to Greek law:

• 15:00 – 17:30

• 23:00 – 07:00

Visitors

Only guests included in the reservation are permitted to stay at the property.

Unregistered visitors or overnight guests are not allowed. Room occupancy must never exceed the maximum capacity specified in the reservation.

Pets

Pets are not permitted.

Property Care

Guests are expected to treat the property and all equipment with care and respect.

Any damages, missing items, excessive mess, or the need for special cleaning may result in additional restoration or cleaning charges.

Loss of keys, remotes, or other property equipment will result in replacement charges.

Moving furniture or room equipment without prior permission is not permitted.

Towels and bed linens are intended exclusively for personal bathroom use. They must not be used for beach use, makeup removal, or hair dye. Permanent stains or damage may result in replacement charges.

Safety & Security

Leaving the building entrance door open or sharing access codes, keys, or self check-in instructions with third parties is strictly prohibited.

All self check-in information is strictly personal and intended only for the registered guests of the reservation.

For security reasons, the property is monitored by motion-detection security cameras located only in exterior common areas and building entrances. There are no cameras inside guest rooms or private areas.

Zero tolerance applies to illegal activities, illegal substances, or any activity that may endanger the property, other guests, or the surrounding neighborhood.

Energy Saving

Please switch off the air conditioning, lights, and electrical appliances whenever you leave the room.

Departure

Please do not leave garbage, food leftovers, or strong odors inside the room upon departure.

Excessive mess or the need for special cleaning may result in additional charges.

Late check-out and early check-in are available only upon prior request, subject to availability, and may involve additional charges.

Unauthorized late check-out may result in additional fees.

Wi-Fi

Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided exclusively for basic personal use during your stay.

No guarantee is provided regarding internet speed, stability, or suitability for professional use, remote work, or online meetings.

Identification

For safety and compliance reasons, online identification documents (ID/passport) may be requested before and/or during check-in for all guests included in the reservation.

Acceptance of the Property Rules

Please note that in the event of a serious violation of the property rules, the property reserves the right to terminate the stay immediately without refund.
